What is your return policy?
We will accept any return, free of charge, and provide a return shipping label in the event the product arrives to you late or damaged. Just contact us within 24 hours of order receipt. We require a picture of the damage and a written description.
How do you ship?
We ship two-day FedEx, in an insulated container with ice and provide tracking information. Orders received by the prior Saturday by 12:00pm EST will be shipped the following Monday, or Tuesday if Monday falls on a holiday. Order received after Saturday will be shipped on the next shipping cycle.
Do you ship internationally?
We do, upon prior request. Use the contact form for details.
Can your products be purchased without a prescription?
While we do prefer that FMT transfers be done under a physician's direction and care, we do not limit who can purchase from us.
Do you offer medical advice?
NO. We do not offer medical advice. All use of the products o information available on this site should be at the direction of, and under the supervision of, a licensed physician.
How often does an FMT need to be performed?
There are many protocols employed by physicians, depending on what is being treated. Many studies show that one FMT course can last for 6-7 months. Again, we recommend you get professional physician advice.
